The Forced Marriage Unit (FMU)
The FMU offers information and support to those who fear they will be forced into marriage, and removed from the UK. For oversea cases, they can assist British nationals facing forced marriage abroad by helping them to a place of safety and return to the UK.

National charity providing low-cost, confidential and culturally sensitive counselling in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujariti and English. Telephone and in-person counselling available along with support groups.

BAATN (Black, African and Asian Therapy Network)
The UK’s largest independent organisation to specialise in working psychologically, informed by an understanding of intersectionality, with people who identify as Black, African, South Asian and Caribbean. Their online search directory allows you to find a specialist counsellor to work with.
